We ship worldwide.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Israel, United States, United Kingdom and Europe: $8.99, free on orders over $79.
- All other countries: $14.99, free on orders over $109.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days after shipping. Some items ship from our international partner warehouses and may take up to 25 business days, depending on the product and your location. Delivery may take longer during holidays, peak seasons or because of customs processing.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authorities. These are the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us at support@mypetpicks.store. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
